Not knowing how far you are with the translation, I would like to inform you of a newly developed program.

A user at "Ancient Land of Ys" has just released a tool that might be very useful for the translation of Ys: Origin, making the process of translating text much easier by allowing to do it on-the-fly.

Ys is my favorite saga, and this game is fantastic!
